It’s August, and I’ve hardly been out of the house since the Covid-19 lockdown started in March. It’s been a couple of weeks now since restrictions have eased, and restaurants are allowed to open, so I decided to risk this brave new world. Here’s what happened:

I have depression

I’m writing this to continue the discussion about mental health issues. I’m happy to see more discussion happening, and I think it’s important to keep talking, and to reduce and eventually remove the stigma of depression and other mental health issues.
